The Service provides institutional-style equity research and data for informational purposes. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You may not share credentials or resell, redistribute, or scrape the Service without written permission.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for any reason with notice where required by law.
The Service is provided “as is”. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Governing law and dispute resolution shall be as specified in your jurisdiction.
